Blackwater river
Our stay last night was along a somewhat unusual river I’ve learned. It called a blackwater river and supports unique flora and fauna, perhaps as evidenced by the previous photo.

Little Rock bike police training
We biked 29 miles round trip on a developing bike path along Arkansas River from Maumelle Park to downtown Little Rock, where we saw the bike police training and had food court lunch from a guy from Ramallah. We saw quite a few people walking and running the trail, some cyclists. Now we’re in holly Springs Mississippi, just having passed the large fedex hq adjoining Memphis
